Work like/Sick as a dog...

Had to take the day off yesterday because I was sick. I hate that. I hate being sick. Other than the usual reasons, I hate it because I get behind in my work [at work and at home]. It's not that I'm such a workaholic but rather that I don't like having to do all that extra work and making people make up for my absence. And it was an evening shift too. I hate having to cover someone's evening shift so I hate forcing someone else to.

PS. DON'T rent or watch the movie "Bad Santa" It is very disapointing.
I do recommend "Down With Love" though it is very funny and witty.

Well, I'm better now... mostly. I don't know what was wrong, but although I don't get sick often, when I do, I get really sick. And I was still sick while my wife gave birth, and while we were taking care of him for the past few days... I was careful not to breath on either of them but I'm kinda exhausted.
